Middle School & High School Performance Training
Our middle and high school training system has produced collegiate Division-1, first round draft picks, and professional athletes across all major sports. Our system uses individualized programming that focuses on movement, strength, speed and agility to create a strong future of athletes. Our sessions are organized hourly and shift focus between:
- Linear acceleration
- Linear max velocity
- Change of direction
- Mobility & strengthÂ
- Weight room focus: upper, lower, and core.
Monthly membership packages:
- 4 hours per week
- 6 hours per week
- Unlimited training
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday 11A – 1P, 3P – 8P
- Friday 11A – 1P, 3P – 7P
