Middle School & High School Performance Training

Our middle and high school training system has produced collegiate Division-1, first round draft picks, and professional athletes across all major sports. Our system uses individualized programming that focuses on movement, strength, speed and agility to create a strong future of athletes. Our sessions are organized hourly and shift focus between:

  • Linear acceleration
  • Linear max velocity
  • Change of direction
  • Mobility & strength 
  • Weight room focus: upper, lower, and core.

Monthly membership packages:

  • 4 hours per week
  • 6 hours per week
  • Unlimited training

Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday 11A – 1P, 3P – 8P
  • Friday 11A – 1P, 3P – 7P
