Our collegiate sports training is an advanced system that works to increase strength, power, speed, agility, and health. Reroute Performance follows the conjugate method to ensure we are training all types of strengths to maximize speed and power output. Before starting our collegiate program, athletes must complete a general preparatory phase (GPP) to ensure a strong training base is created prior to raising the threshold. Our movement training is structured to ensure all planes of movement are trained to maximize speed and agility. In these movement sessions we train with multiple emphasis:

  • Plyometrics
  • Power endurance
  • Strength endurance

Within these emphasis there are directional emphasis: 

  • Linear acceleration
  • Linear max velocity
  • Change of direction
  • Mobility/strength. 

We also focus on increasing mobility and proper foot & ankle function. Collegiate athletes train in small group settings. 

Monthly membership packages:

  • 4 hours per week
  • 6 hours per week
  • Unlimited training

Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday 11A – 1P, 3P – 8P
  • Friday 11A – 1P, 3P – 7P
