Graduated from Minnesota State University Moorehead with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with an emphasis in Health and Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Strength and Conditioning Intern at Minnesota State University Moorhead and closely worked with DII Men’s Wrestling, Women’s Soccer, Women’s Swim/Dive team. Worked at Bommarito Performance Systems in Davie and North Miami Beach from 2016-2018 as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Head Coach for Phenom Phactory in Denver, Colorado. Certified NASM-PES. Experienced working within a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapists, MAT, Massage, and Chiropractors. Experience working with high-level MLB, NFL, and College athletes.
